Shipping Information

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders placed before 2PM CST with expedited shipping will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2PM CST or on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following business day.

Ground orders will arrive within 2-5 business days.

Expedited orders will arrive within 1-2 business days.

**Delivery times go into effect once your order has shipped

Free ground shipping offer is valid within exclusive deals or thresholds. Free ground shipping is offered within the contiguous United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.

International Orders

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Please contact Akola Customer Service at customerservice@akola.co for more information on international shipping charges. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be delivered by DHL.

Shipment Tracking

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.

Return Policy

Any full-price, unworn and unused Akola products may be returned to Akola or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with tags still attached. Returns and exchanges may be subject to shipping and restocking fees. Please email customerservice@akola.co to begin processing your return or exchange.
