Shipping & Returns
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders placed before 2PM CST with expedited shipping will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2PM CST or on Saturday and Sunday will ship the following business day.
- UPS Ground Shipping is free for orders over $150 (5-7 business days). Calculated UPS shipping rates for orders under $150.
- UPS Express Shipping is available for $20 (2-3 business days) and free for overs over $200
- UPS Overnight Shipping is available for $30 (1-2 business days).

HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
- Order by 12/13 via Ground Shipping for delivery before 12/25
- Order by 12/19 via Express Shipping for delivery before 12/25
- Order by 12/22 via Overnight Shipping for delivery before 12/25
Free ground shipping offer is valid within exclusive deals or thresholds. Free ground shipping is offered within the contiguous United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Please contact Akola Customer Service at email@example.com for more information on international shipping charges. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be delivered by DHL.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Any unworn and unused Akola products may be returned to Akola for free or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Product must have tags still attached.
HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY: During this time, you have 90 days to return any item purchased 10/1-12/31/21. For your return to be accepted, item(s) must be unworn and unused with all original tags attached.
